Mobility Solution
Design a mobile application for aftermarket automotive repair shops. App includes text messaging, push notifications, text promotion blasts, analytics dashboard, and a service calendar.
Mobile texting is a convenient and instant form of communication between business and consumer with one-to-one conversations; service and repair estimates with photos; and marketing campaigns. Mobile applications that are not constrained to a desktop computer, provides flexibility for shop managers to manage their CRM program while the ability to move seamlessly between the front office, shop floor, and out in the field.
The business goals were to create a product to gain market share and increase customer acquisition.
