Tire Finder Applicaiton

The requirements were to design a business facing application that finds tires based on vehicle information plus local stock, suppliers, and prices. The user can select 3 options and show/send results to the customer in a simple user-friendly view.

The Problem

Giving customers quick quotes without having to track inventory and ordering options in separate applications. Other issues to consider were when some stock was on hand but additional tires would need to be ordered from a supplier. Calculating costs to give the customer an accurate estimate is difficult when combining stock options. Customers were often given quotes that were pieced together and were not accurate or timely.

Solution

To develop a product that allows you to build a quote based on stock and availability. Create simple options that customers will understand. Allow customers to pick and approve remotely.

Customer Journey

The customer journey was defined. Deeper understanding of the user's pain points and the potential solutions were discovered.
