The requirements included creating an entry level suite of products that are automated and require minimal support. This product would be considered for future development as a stand-a-lone platform to include additional features and services.
Included products and features should not compete with the full CRM suite, but should contain enough benefits to appeal to the basic CRM user.
The business objective is to enter this market but to avoid competing with the existing full CRM suite.
